A special congratulations to Gabe, the overall winner and Charlie who was the runner up. They went onto represent the school at the local inter-school speech competition.

Loud Shirt Day:

Last day of term was a loud shirt day. This was organised by Ruth to support The Hearing House and the Southern Cochlear Implant Paediatric Programme, two charities dedicated to enabling deaf children with cochlear implant or hearing aids to listen and speak like their hearing peers. Neither charity charges deaf children or their families for their services.

On Tuesday the 22nd of August the middle syndicate sent 3 teams to the Nelson Hockey Tournament.

Everybody had lots of fun with some wins, some loses and plenty of teamwork!

Well done to all the students for their great sporting attitudes.
