Today we had Bunnings come to school with 3 donated fruit trees and help our Year 6s plant them as a leaving gift to the school.
The trees we received were:
- Lemon Tree
- Mandarin Tree
- Guava Tree
We also already had an avocado tree that we planted as well.
It was a beautiful day for planting trees and everyone got involved with digging the holes, planting the trees, adding the protective surround and watering them.
It will be wonderful to watch these trees grow over the next few years and think about our 2022 Year 6 leavers.
